We held a "Ladies Day" as part of our community outreach education events and it was a great success. We had 21 women learn gun safety and they practiced pistol, rifle, and trap shooting, and wrapped up with a light lunch. Thanks to Greg Gubitosi for coordinating this, and to all the range officers who helped make this event a success.
The Annual Friends of NRA Dinner at the Aqua Turf in March was a great time and WLOPA had four tables in support of this event.
We held our Christmas Party on Dec. 5th and it was very well attended and all had a good time enjoying friendships and great food. Thanks to all who helped with the Christmas Party and also the Handicap Party the next day. Santa was there and entertained everyone. A special thank you to Spartan II Restaurant in Plantsville who donated their time and food to the Handicap Party which the children and adults enjoyed.
New storage garage for clay birds. We finally got rid of all of the dilapidated trailers
The new Trap Office / Warm-up Hut is a beautiful addition replacing the old trap office
